June 12th Keynote Lunch Speaker Bio: Stephen Percoco
Stephen Percoco is an independent security analyst who founded Lark Research in 1991. He is a generalist covering a wide range of industries, with considerable experience in housing, real estate, oil & gas, utilities and coal, among others. His coverage includes the debt (investment grade, high yield and distressed) and equity securities of subject companies. From 1995-2008, he published Net Realizable Value, a comprehensive quarterly analysis of the operating and financial performance of twelve publicly-traded homebuilders. From 2001-2017, he was the publisher of the Income Builder investment newsletter. Today, he provides research services primarily to institutional investors and publishes analyses and research reports on his website (www.larkresearch.com). From 1994-2004, he chaired the accounting standards and financial reporting committee at the New York Society of Security Analysts (now the CFA Institute of New York). Before founding Lark Research, he was a high yield bond analyst at Salomon Brothers and an investment officer at Bank of Boston.

June 13th Keynote Lunch Speaker Bio: Bruce W. Kaser, CFA
Bruce brings to New Generation Research over 25 years of equity investing experience managing institutional portfolios, mutual funds, and private client accounts. He has led two successful investment platform turnarounds, headed RBC Global Asset Management’s $1.0 billion Boston-based value/core equity platform and was principal of a $3 billion employee-owned investment management firm. Prior to New Generation Research, he was Portfolio Manager with Ironwood Investment Management where he co-founded and managed the Ironwood Event-Driven Small/Midcap Value strategy, an innovative long-only, low-turnover equity strategy focusing on event-driven companies. Mr. Kaser has been quoted in The New York Times, The Gartman Letter, The Wall Street Transcript and in web articles by Fox Business, US News & World Report and Interactive Brokers. Mr. Kaser earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago and received a Bachelor of Science in Finance with Honors from Miami University (Ohio). He is a CFA charter holder.
