Three Part Advisors provides the capabilities for a small cap company to have its own in-house corporate development team. While most corporate development activities involve mergers and acquisitions, there are also other types of inorganic activities like strategic alliance agreements, divestitures, strategic financing and investments, new business development planning/execution, etc. We have expertise in all areas of corporate development execution.
