Joe Noyons is Managing Director at Three Part Advisors and has over five years of investor relations experience. Phillip Kupper is Vice President at Three Part Advisors, where he has over five years experience as an account manager and assists in executing investor relations programs through strategic planning, conducting research, investor and sellside targeting, roadshows, and coordinating financial communications for many of the firm’s investor relations clients. Deidra's professional background includes investor relations, public relations and client services expertise. She was formerly with Halliburton Investor Relations, which recently merged with Three Part Advisors. Deidra works extensively with clients on services including financial communications, corporate governance, disclosure, analytical services, ESG initiatives, traditional and non-traditional IPO's, analyst events and proactive targeting programs to ensure maximum exposure to the institutional investment community. Deidra graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned a B.A. in communications with a minor in public relations. While attending UTA, Deidra was the president of Alpha Chi, the most exclusive interdisciplinary honor society at the university.
Whitney is the Director of Marketing at Three Part Advisors/IDEAS Conferences. Prior to joining Three Part Advisors, Whitney has over 10 years of business development and marketing experience in various industries. Whitney joined Three Part Advisors in 2020 and has a BA in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Columbus State University. Currently she is working towards an MBA in Marketing.
Wes has worked as a Dallas/Fort Worth graphic designer since 1998. In addition to his design skills, Wes is the consummate team player and problem-solver. From troubleshooting computer problems to staying up on the latest technical advancements, his contributions to the agency are diverse and invaluable. Wes is an avid fan of all types of storytelling, whether in books, comics, movies, television, or video games. He enjoys the process of collaborating with clients to capture and optimally communicate their message—leveraging the art of storytelling for business. Wes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Visual Communication from Texas A&M University–Commerce. Alan formed Halliburton Investor Relations in 1990, believing there was a market need for an investor relations firm that would provide a level of service not commonly found in the industry. Prior to forming HIR, Alan was Vice President of Investor Relations for Texas Industries, a Fortune 500 company, and for its subsidiary, Chaparral Steel. Under his direction, TXI's IR program was restructured and institutional ownership increased by more than 300% in five years. In 1987-1988, he served as President of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce, the nation's largest chamber, with 7,500 members and a $12 million operating budget.
Halliburton holds a bachelor's degree from Delta State University, and an M.B.A. in Marketing, Finance and Economics from Mississippi College. He also has a master’s degree in International Management Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas, where he was the 2005 recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award. Hala is a seasoned, strategic investor relations practitioner with more than 25 years of investor relations experience working with management teams as a trusted advisor. She was formerly with Halliburton Investor Relations, which recently merged with Three Part Advisors. Hala has successfully executed all facets of investor relations programs, harnessing strong investment community relationships and market intelligence. Her work includes managing ESG disclosure initiatives, direct board relations and message development.
Lacey Wesley is Vice President and Managing Director of IDEAS Conferences. Prior to joining Three Part Advisors, Lacey was a financial analyst with a major consulting firm where she worked with the firm’s large banking customers. She has also held positions in the banking industry and in public education. Lacey joined Three Part Advisors in 2014 and has a BA in International Studies with a concentration in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of North Texas.
John Beisler has more than 15 years of experience within investor relations and equity markets. In addition to Three Part Advisors, John has experience on both the agency and corporate IR side, serving as the Investor Relations Officer for CKE Restaurants and spent six years working on the sell-side, including Raymond James. John has a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
Heather is Vice President of Finance, HR and Marketing for Three Part Advisors. She was formerly with Halliburton Investor Relations, which recently merged with Three Part Advisors. Heather has more than 15 years of experience overseeing company finances, directing human resources, leading marketing programs and developing new business initiatives. Prior to joining Halliburton Investor Relations, Heather worked for six years with Texas Health Resources, where she held positions in the human resources and financial departments, most recently serving as accounting manager for Presbyterian Hospital of Allen. Heather graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.A. in Business Administration.
Pam has drawn and painted since she was old enough to hold a crayon. She attended Texas Woman’s University on multiple scholarships for art, gymnastics, and academics. It was there that she was first introduced to graphic design. She was quickly drawn to the visual problem-solving nature of the field, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising Art and Graphic Design and a minor in Marketing. Pam has a wide range of experience, having worked in the industry since 1990. Her talents span creative design and concepts, as well as print and graphics production. Detail-oriented and conscientious, she thrives in the small design studio atmosphere at Briley Design Group. She enjoys the close collaboration with the team, direct client interaction, and strong focus on customer service and creativity.
Early on, Dawn developed a love for sewing, painting, cooking, and making things for friends and family. She credits an inspirational high school art teacher for helping her realize that she wanted to enter the field of art and use the right side of her brain. Graphic design has proven the perfect playground where she can apply her love for both artistic and business endeavors. While Dawn brings energy and thoroughness to every project, she particularly enjoys creating designs for packaging, promotions, and the education industry. Dawn graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and a minor in Business. Terry started his Dallas graphic design firm in 1979 and has been providing creative design solutions for clients ever since. During these 40 years, Briley Design Group has earned acclaim for outstanding design and communications on behalf of clients in many different fields. These include major players in the airline, oil and gas, health and beauty, waste management, and education industries.
