DEIDRA ROY

Deidra's professional background includes investor relations, public relations and client services expertise. She was formerly with Halliburton Investor Relations, which merged with Three Part Advisors in 2020. Deidra works extensively with clients on services including financial communications, corporate governance, disclosure, analytical services, ESG initiatives, traditional and non-traditional IPO's, analyst events and proactive targeting programs to ensure maximum exposure to the institutional investment community.

Prior to joining Halliburton Investor Relations, Deidra was the head of investor relations for Henry Oil, L.C., an E&P firm in Dallas. In this position she performed a variety of functions including managing all communications for the company. In her role she was charged with client communications, stakeholder communications and management, project documentation, crisis communications and technical communications. She also provided a diverse range of personalized account services for the clients as well as investor conference planning and execution. Prior to that, Deidra interned with Weber Shandwick Worldwide (WSW), a highly respected global public relations firm. During her time with WSW, she worked on public relations efforts for several large accounts, including American Airlines, Microsoft and Essilor.

Deidra graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned a B.A. in communications with a minor in public relations. While attending UTA, Deidra was the president of Alpha Chi, the most exclusive interdisciplinary honor society at the university.
