Kelley is a seasoned investor relations and strategic finance executive with more than 30 years of experience. She has held senior leadership roles across accounting, finance, and IR, including serving as Investor Relations Officer for major specialty retailers JCPenney and Pier 1 Imports, and as Chief Financial Officer of Drive Shack Inc., a sports and hospitality company.

Throughout her career, Kelley has led all aspects of investor relations strategy, including corporate messaging, quarterly and annual earnings communications, investor presentations, non-deal roadshows, analyst days, rating agency meetings, and market intelligence initiatives. Her capital markets experience also includes executing successful debt and equity capital raises. 

Recognized for her energetic leadership and collaborative approach, Kelley is widely respected for her integrity, strategic insight, and ability to build strong relationships across C-suites, executive teams, and the investment community. During her tenure at JCPenney, the Investor Relations team was honored by IR Magazine as the Top IR Team in the Retail Industry/Mid-Cap category for two consecutive years and Top IR Team, All Industry/Small-Cap the following year.

Kelley holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
