Design Team Lead

Pam has drawn and created since she was old enough to hold a crayon. Creative, intellectual, and athletic, she attended Texas Woman’s University on multiple scholarships for art, gymnastics, and academics. It was there that she was first introduced to graphic design. She was quickly attracted to the field's visual problem-solving nature and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising Art and Graphic Design, along with a minor in Marketing.

Pam has extensive experience, having worked in the industry since 1990. Her talents include concepts, creative design, project management, and production across nearly everything—print, digital, event/trade show/environmental, presentations, branding and more. Detail-oriented and conscientious, she excels in the small design studio environment at Briley Design Group. She enjoys collaborating closely with the team, interacting directly with clients, and maintaining a strong focus on customer service.

Outside of work, Pam enjoys home improvement projects, gardening, scuba diving, underwater photography, and spending time with her husband and their two enormous dogs.
