Sandy is a seasoned Investor Relations and strategic finance executive with more than 30 years of experience guiding companies through complex capital markets environments.  She brings deep expertise across industrial manufacturing, specialty industrial distribution, metals and mining, consumer & specialty retail, and media/technology.  She has held strategic leadership positions in corporate finance, including CFO and CAO positions, as well as internal Investor Relations Officer roles at public companies such as Pier 1 Imports and Match Group.  She also played a key role in the initial public offering of Sally Beauty Holding and the Tribune Publishing spin-off IPO.  Sandy has extensive experience managing quarterly earnings, developing investor communications, executing non-deal roadshows, and advising Boards and executive teams on Regulation FD compliance and strategic decision-making.  Sandy is a Certified Public Accountant (Texas, inactive) and holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA in Finance from TCU’s Neeley School of Business.
